It’s cool, and I sort of like it, but lord if that “s” isn’t the ugliest letter I have ever seen. That “f” overhang is just awful as well, looks like Hobo MS made sweet love to Cochin. And those numbers are bungled as well.
Beneath Manhattan lies an existing subterranean urban ecology of waterways and potential spaces for plant life to grow and thrive. Columbia GSAPP student Kelsey Lents creates an underground park that feeds into this network, spreading green throughout the city from below, erupting at moments to contaminate the grid and infect the island and its infrastructure, thus regaining the balance between nature and architecture.

I like the typography and the overall visual feel of this, but “Kicks like Boom” is simultaneously the stupidest and the douchiest thing I’ve ever heard. It’s like that new Kevin James movie made love to Michael Sorrentino (because I refuse to call him “The Situation”).
Also just for the future, I’ll probably be doing a little more commentary on here on more grounded stuff than what I posted before the break. Just a heads up for everyone.
Safety Line Glow Tape
Saving Energy And Safety Line takes the idea of this night-glow-lights a step further, by coming in the form of a sticky tape that can be easily put around counter-edges and furniture. Thus avoiding the hassle of turning on the lights for a trip to the fridge at night.
